Asian Festival 2012 - Year of the Dragon
The Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of San Antonio participated once again in the Asia Festival held at UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures on January 28, 2012. We had both a Peace Corps information booth and a double food booth, selling noodles with chopped vegetables and a variety of Asian snack foods. Ralph Stevens and Kathleen Stellema were our coordinators for this event.
